Introduction: Step 1

Welcome to my Blog
I suppose you've come here because you are very interested in what I have to say.
Although I can already tell you it probably won't be of much interest to you.
Sorry to leave you disappointed fellow internet user.
I feel like typing in bullet statements today.
The point of this blog is document the steps I am taking to make myself happier.
This could either be seen as an ambiguous and pointless project or a refreshing and deep psychological journey.
Sometimes I feel like this project may be worthless, but the more I think about it, happiness is a goal we should all strive for.
I mean like what is happiness?
When do we know when we are happy?
Maybe we feel happy when we don't question our own happiness.
It's crazy to think about haha.
I feel like when you take the time to reflect upon your life, you also take time to reflect upon the sadness; and sadness is much a stronger and longer lasting tool than happiness.
Then again I think, perhaps it's just school and all the work I do.
Maybe because I'm constantly working and getting little sleep it makes me grumpy and therefore feel more passive and less passionate about life.
Although a valid theory, hard work and sleep deprivation won't go away later. They'll probably get worse :/.
This is why I want to seek out the steps I can take to become truly happy :) which is a goal that seems simple enough, but thinking of a path to get there won't be.  To obtain and maintain a long term happiness is a life goal of mine, not just one of this project.
For example, last week I went to the orchestra room and played my violin for 40 minutes and I came out feeling more refreshed and calm than when I went in. To slow down life and do things that I enjoy really soothe me and I find it beneficial for my health.
Violin music is one thing I really like to do.
I like to play basketball in my free time or soccer I suppose. Although my ankles usually don't hold up very well.
I also enjoy a good prank/ conducting a social experiment because I love seeing peoples' reactions to things.
I wish to record myself conducting a few social experiments and put them on this blog to share the kick I get out of making them.
Hopefully I will have done something exciting by next week so I can tell y'all about it.
Till next time
